There are more years on the heavenly calendar in the inspired Sacred Scriptures to which there is not the compulsory need of adding an extra moon into becoming a thirteen moon leap year, than the years to which there is the compulsory need of adding such an extra moon.

     The compulsory need of adding such an extra moon, after the twelfth moon, is when a significant amount of barley in a significant amount of barley fields in Israel is found to have not yet arrived to the maturing stage referred to in the native Hebrew language of the inspired Sacred Scriptures as Aviv, at the end of the twelfth moon, according to ancient Israel’s right timing for the harvesting of the barley. This is because; the starting of the first month with the visible new moon will not be until the new moon which becomes visible to the naked eye at the time a significant amount of barley in a significant amount of barley fields in Israel are ALREADY in the maturing stage of Aviv (Exodus 9:25, 31, 26; 12:1-2; 13:4; 23:15; 34:18; Deuteronomy 16:1) in the early of the northern hemisphere springtime.

     I’ve been noticing that with such precise timing of both the Aviv barley in Israel and visible new moon in the early of spring, and based on ancient Israel’s right timing for the initial harvesting of the wild barley, that it is always approximately between the last quarter of the second moon and the first quarter of the third moon the Atlantic hurricane season officially begins with the 1^st of June on the Roman calendar, surrounding the timing of the Pentecost (fiftieth day) Sabbath Feast of Weeks.

     This coincidence fits in so quite well by design from heaven, for both the timing of the Pentecost (fiftieth day) Sabbath Feast of Weeks when the Holy Spirit was rained down to earth with the sound of a rushing mighty wind during the third moon in late May or early June and the timing of the official start of the Atlantic hurricane season of rushing mighty whirlwinds with the 1^st of June occuring in such close proximity with each other.

     “And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting,” Acts 2:1-2.

     When intercalating a thirteenth moon is ignored in the right years that this becomes a compulsory according to ancient Israel’s farming practices, we see happening such as even this year 2019 that being a moon too early in starting the heavenly/biblical calendar year has caused some to not only be one moon too early in observing the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread, but as well a moon too early in celebrating the Pentecost (fiftieth day) Sabbath Feast of Weeks, way ahead of any sign of the start of the formation of the first Atlantic weather system. Even worse yet to end up doing so on the same Sunday which on the 2019 Roman calendar year is celebrated as Mother’s Day 12^th May, because of being, unscripturally, a moon too early.

     What a gross incorrect timing and an unusuality which has occurred with those who this year 2019 went about their own way of determining the timing of the Aviv barley in Israel, ignoring to intercalate a thirteenth moon with the March 2019 visible new moon in contravention of our Savior’s command recorded for us in Matthew 23:1-3 KJV, as follows:

     “Then spake Yahshua to the multitude, and to his disciples, Saying, The scribes and pharisees sit in Moses’ seat; All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do: but do not ye after their works; for they say, and do not,” Matthew 23:1-3 KJV.

     While some are understanding the phrase “...for salvation is of the Jews” that our Savior uttered to the Samaritan woman as referring only to Yahshua’s ancestory of the Jews as our Savior, and not as well referring to the children of Israel as holders of the laws given through Moses that we must adhere to by all means to be saved by grace through faith, the fact however remains that it is to Israel He committed the oracles of Yahweh our heavenly Father according to Romans 3:1-2 KJV, as follows:

     “What advantage then hath the Jew? Or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of Yahweh,” Romans 3:1-2 KJV.

     Isn’t it the Jews, therefore that we are to, with every provided technological means, take note on for when a significant amount of wild barley has arrived to the maturing stage of Aviv in a significant amount of wild barley fields in Israel and start the first month of the heavenly scriptural year with the new moon which becomes visible to our respective region within such time? By doing which, not too long after the June 2019 visible third new moon ends up correctly when some will be celebrating the Pentecost (fiftieth day) Sabbath Feast of Weeks. This is when the Holy Spirit was rained down to earth in the sound of a rushing mighty wind in the third moon and right around when the Atlantic hurricane season of rushing mighty whirlwinds is beginning to become active.

     Always an interesting coincidence by design from heaven, year after year, that evidently shows the biblical third moon Sivan to indeed be a moon of rushing mighty wind not only in the giving of the Holy Spirit in that sort of a way on the Pentecost (fiftieth day) Sabbath Feast of Weeks/Harvest, but also nearly when the Atlantic hurricane season of rushing mighty whirlwinds begins to become active within the timeframe of not too long before or not too long after the new-moon-day-start of the biblical third month not in April/May but in May/June.
