Shalom and biblical 7th new moon greetings to all from the Commonwealth of Dominica nature island of the Caribbean.

WHY MY SECOND EVENING OF SEARCHING
The question might be, why is it that I've this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 went back out in search for the biblical seventh new moon after reporting last evening of not sighting it and making mention of a confirmation from Cisco, Texas, USA that's being carried on both www.RenewedMoon.com and www.NewMoonReport.org as I write.
The conclusive decision of the Presbytery of the local Sacred Name fellowships on island who have chosen to observe the biblical Autumn/Fall festivals from the new moon in this Roman month of October, is for this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 sighting of the moon from our Eastern Caribbean locality which I was able to clearly see with ease at 6:00pm, after it arrive to the waxing age of about 45 hrs 43 min young at sunset/5:54pm.
The observation of the Presbytery in the respective local assemblies (some have already observed what was to them the biblical seventh moon during September last month) is that, the difficult sole new moon sighting of last evening Saturday 1st October 2016 from Cisco, Texas, USA was first with binoculars before it was able of being seen with the naked eye as not sounding credible enough from the reports issued at the above mentioned websites and that, there's no other Sacred Name confirmation from anywhere else in at least Texas itself, apart from those three witnesses of the Assembly of Yahweh there.

OPTICAL AID DURING SEARCH
Just if in case you might be wondering as to my position on including the use of optical aid during a search for the new moon. I do NOT in anyway or form have an issue against such a practice including being able of first sighting the new moon with such an instrument in search for its location and then being able of naked eye sighting it thereafter. This I made clear to the Presbytery. On the contrary, I give thanks to Yahweh for such a technology He has allowed into existence by way of the knowledge He prophesied through His Prophet Daniel, shall be increased (Daniel 12:4). What is of essence to me and I must state very clearly, is having NAKED EYE sighted the new moon according to the biblical requirement to confirm the start of the new lunar month from the sunset the new moon became visible to the naked eye just after. I speak as one who've had the experience, not too many moons ago, of being able to had spot the location of the new moon and successfully too, on about two occasions by way of engaging the use of my binoculars which lead to me being able of NAKED EYE sighting the new moon thereafter, at the earlier time I did, successfully too, you would probably remember I did not leave without mentioning in those reports. I can more understand with the issue brought up on the timezone which is about a two to six hours or thereabout behind us for a number of areas on USA mainland, although we've always stood for a naked eye sighting confirmation from at least the mouth of two or three witnesses that can be made available from wherever else in our North America region, should there not be a forthcoming naked eye sighting confirmation from our local Caribbean zone.

ARC NOT NAKED EYE DISCERNIBLE
Just to mention also, that the reported confirmation from California, USA which was posted not until this morning (Sunday 2nd October 2016) at the Renewed Moon site, is the sole Muslim confirmation I'd already earlier seen appearing and read first at the Muslim moon website as a very short white line throughout that Muslim individual's naked eye observation that he was able to sight first with optical aid. His report reads as follows that is of interest to me as to how much more difficult it was to had sight the moon also from California last evening (Saturday 1st October 2016):
"...The crescent was seen by four observers on October 1, 2016 from Mount Wilson Observatory in California, elevation 1700 meters. It was found with binoculars by Norm Vargas, an experienced crescent moon watcher, at 6:56 pm. Three other observers saw it soon after in an 80mm spotting scope. It was first seen naked eye by Norm Vargas at 7:01 as a very short white line with no discernible arc. It was among some thin small clouds near the horizon which provided a good way to see exactly where it was. It was never easily seen and was never more than a short white line in the sky with the clouds. The three other observers did not see it naked eye but enjoyed it in the scope and with binoculars...A layer of smoke at the horizon prevented the crescent from being seen easily as it set. It was watched to the horizon in the scope until 7:19 pm."
By NO means a California, USA sighting last evening (Saturday 1st October 2016) worth being acknowledged as a confirmation especially in the Sacred Name, Yahwist Bible believing world. This is because the arc was NOT naked eye discernible as a result of the stated partial cloud coverage, a similar position I was in maybe about two to three years ago and as a result therefore, could not have directly confirm a sighting from my end, but only could state the position, if you remember that reporting. I had to await confirmation from wherever else in our North America region which was forthcoming and, was only when I could have been certain that the small portion of moon-like light I was sighting in between the clouds was that of the new moon that was not arc discernible to my naked eye sighting. This Muslim confirmation and what transpired, was seen or not seen, of course, was NOT among the observations raised by the local Presbytery on deciding not to walk with last evening (Saturday 1st October 2016) confirmation from Texas, USA.

ANOTHER CALIFORNIA SIGHTING
I noticed at the www.TruthOfYahweh.org website only this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 that there was a Saturday evening 1st October 2016 other sighting from Valencia, California, USA by an individual different in name (HK) from the above mentioned one (Norm Vargas) at the Muslim moon website. My thoughts are that, the credibility of this confirmation too might want to be scrutinized or considered acceptable just for USA mainland.

CONCLUDED LOCAL DECISION
So, the start of the biblical lunar seventh month and annual Sabbath Yowm Teruah (day of shouting, Feast of Trumpets) celebration, locally, was decided by the local Presbytery for this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 from sunset, as in Israel, for the assemblies on island who are regarding this Roman month of October 2016 sighting of the new moon as the start of the biblical Feast of Trumpets and lunar seventh month Ethanim.
My acceptance of and walking in unity with this local decision, however, has NOT vanished my preference for our usual stance for a naked eye sighting confirmation of the visible new moon from the mouth of at least two or three witnesses that can be made available from WHEREVER ELSE in our North America region, should there not be a forthcoming naked eye sighting confirmation from our local Caribbean zone.

SIGHTING FROM CARIBBEAN ZONE WITH EASE
In spite of the presence of clouds, the clear sighting of the biblical seventh new moon with ease this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016, from a Caribbean zone standpoint, was at 6:00pm by three of us. Then two sighted it at 6:02pm. One sighted it before 6:00pm and, time of sighting was not given by some others including a local fellow Yahwist member overseas on the twin islands of Antigua & Barbuda.
In all, so far as I'm aware, physically eleven (11) of us between two local assemblies have this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 naked eye sighted Yahweh's seventh new moon from the Caribbean zone islands of Dominica and Antigua & Barbuda. It was quickly disappeared down behind the clouds from our sight at about 6:09pm in Dominica, before it was dark enough to capture it on my camera.
I left off from my sunset/5:54pm to 6:28pm observation when I saw the futility in waiting any longer to see if I could get to capture it on my camera, as cloud coverage became more and more compact and intense in thick darkness, never again to see it for this Sunday evening 2nd October 2016 before it sets, https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1113391645363752.1073741938.100000787822166&type=1&l=be46c2222f.

"SO WAS IT HIGH?," I WAS ASK
The concept of some that so long it is high and in some cases, looking somewhat thick, that it is a second night moon. A huge number of hours in age too becomes a concern and the evening of the first sighting doubted as not being the first evening of its appearing.
From my number of years of experience in moon searching and naked eye sighting, I have found these concerns against that first evening of sighting being new moon evening, on these grounds, to not always be legitimate, as some new moons do appear at an extreme height, looking somewhat huge in thickness and a number of hours in age that may sound unreasonable for the first evening of its appearing.
It all depends on the locality and position of the moon at the time the lighting in its direction from the sun is renewed on a monthly basis. The amount of hours it takes from the point of receiving its first lighting to arrive to our respective location, zone or region varies on a monthly basis, is among the factors determining at what height, thickness and age in hours it becomes visible to our eyes on that first evening.
My answer to this question was, "It was at a height that it is not the first time I've seen a new moon at that height."
